Booking Policy


  • Mitchell Radio Group reserves the right to cancel any trip at anytime with notice.
  • Game times, itineraries, hotel accommodations and bus lines are subject to change without notice.
  • When you book a trip to a sporting event, concert or show, you have bought any and all tickets and bus seats associated with the trip. That means in the event of blizzard, flood or any other possible act of God, including illness, the ticket(s) and seat(s) are yours.
  • In the event you cannot go on a trip to a sporting event, concert or show, Mitchell Radio Group will do everything possible to resell your your tickets and cancel your hotel room. You will be refunded the difference.  Other than those exceptions, there are no refunds if you cancel your trip.
  • A full refund is offered if the trip sells out and your seat(s) are resold.
  • For canceled or postponed games/concerts you will only be refunded for unused tickets if they are refunded by the team or show.
  • For bus trips of 5 days or longer, if you have Trip Assurance, generally you will be refunded an amount you paid in cash and credit, minus any nonrefundable expenses.
  • For flyaway trips, Trip Assurance is offered at an added cost.  When you purchase Trip Assurance, you are assured that in the event you must cancel because of medical or death, you will be refunded the amount you paid in cash and credit, minus Trip Assurance fee and any nonrefundable expenses.
