MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Construction is officially underway on the $200 million Founders Crossing development in southeast Sioux Falls. Anchored by Good Samaritan at 57th Street and Veterans Parkway, the project will feature senior living options, a Sanford Health clinic, and a Lewis Drug store. The first phase includes 40 villas and a five-story multifamily building, with an opening planned for early 2026.
