PIERRE, S.D.  (MITCHELLNOW) Governor Larry Rhoden has announced that Josie Harms will be the new Press Secretary in the Governor’s Office, starting Thursday. The Governor praised her service mentality and friendly demeanor, noting her strong professional background and commitment to openness with the press. Harms previously served as Communications Chair for a women’s leadership program. According to a press release, in her new role, Harms aims to ensure the administration remains transparent, accessible, and responsive to South Dakotans.
