The intersection of E 7^th Ave and N Winsor St will be closed beginning Monday, September 22^nd, 2025, starting at 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM for utility improvements to the storm sewer infrastructure. These times are tentative, but we will strive to have the intersection open as soon as possible.
