MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley is praising Meta’s new move to restrict what teens can see on Instagram. Jackley joined 41 other attorneys general in lawsuits accusing Meta of designing harmful, addictive features targeting kids. Jackley called the move an important step toward protecting children online, saying Meta’s willingness to respond to state concerns shows progress in creating safer digital spaces for young people.
