Mitchell Golf

The Kernel boys golf team will compete again today. Mitchell is staying busy and are in an Invitational in Huron this morning at 10am.

Mitchell Tennis

The Kernel girls tennis team will be competing today on the road throughout the day. They will be playing in a Varsity Invitational at Rapid City for the Rapid City Invite in Sioux Park.

Mitchell Cross Country

The Kernel cross country team is set to compete today at home. They’ll take on various schools in the Mitchell Invite taking place at Wild Oak Golf Course beginning at 4pm.

Mitchell Volleyball

The Kernel volleyball team begins their season tomorrow. They will be at home taking on Sturgis at 5pm in the Mitchell high school main gym.

Mitchell Football

The Kernel football team gets their season rolling tomorrow as well. They will travel to Box Elder to face the Douglas Patriots. The game will begin at 6pm MT/7pm CT.

DWU Volleyball

The Tiger volleyball team gets back to it tomorrow on the road. They will have a pair of games on tap tomorrow morning/afternoon. First they will face IU Kokomo at 10am & Bellevue (NE) at 2pm. Both games will be played at Lied Fitness Center in Omaha, NE.

MLB

The Minnesota Twins and Toronto Blue Jays played again last night. The Blue Jays got by the Twins again, this time by a score of 9-8. The Twins return to the field tomorrow night against the San Diego Padres at 7:10pm.

WNBA

The Minnesota Lynx get back to the court tonight. They return home to host the Seattle Storm at 7pm on WNBA League Pass. Minnesota remains as the best team in the WNBA with a record of 30-7.
